With professional knowledge in nutrition, qualification in translation and high computer literacy, Jimmy is an all-rounded person suited for different sorts of nutrition related projects.
Current projects includes:
- Conversion of HKSAR Centre for Food Safety Nutrition Information System database for use in FoodWorks 2007
- Translation of GI News
Projects under planning:
- Conversion of AUSNUT 2007 database into FoodWorks 2007 format
- Conversion of USDA Nutrient Database into FoodWorks 2007 format
